How do I book using the gift card that I purchased?
For Kenko gift cards purchased directly through our website please follow booking instructions below:
1) Simply book here, follow prompts and enter voucher code at checkout.
2) We still require the regular $100 deposit to secure your slot. This can be paid using your gift card. Bring a screen shot or physical print out with you on your treatment day to process the balance of payment at the completion of your treatment.
For Salon Lane gift cards purchased online with us prior to the 13th May 2024 or purchased directly through Salon Lane, please follow booking instructions below:
1) Once you have purchased the gift voucher, bookings need to made through our website. Please see bookings.
2) We still require the regular $100 deposit to secure your slot. Bring the online or physical gift card with you on your treatment day and we will refund the deposit post treatment (if applicable). Without evidence of the voucher you cannot redeem or cannot pay late.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
The following T&CS apply Kenko gift cards purchased directly through our website:
1. This voucher is valid for 36 months post purchase and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
2. Kenko is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen.
3. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is not valid with any other offer and / or special at Kenko .
4. You still need to pay a deposit for a booking with a Gift Voucher. Gift voucher can used to pay deposit.
5. General cancellation policy applies.
6. Any balances remaining after initial use can be used at a later date.

3. The voucher can be redeemed at other businesses located at the Salon Lane location that the voucher was purchased at.
4. You still need to pay a deposit for a booking with a Gift Voucher.
5. General cancellation policy applies.
6. If you forgot to bring the physical voucher you cannot redeem or cannot pay later.
7. This voucher is valid for 36 months post purchase and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
8. Gift Vouchers are only valid at the Salon Lane location that the voucher was purchased at. No location changes are permitted.
9. The voucher can be redeemed at other businesses located at the Salon Lane location that the voucher was purchased at.
10. You still need to pay a deposit for a booking with a Gift Voucher.
11. General cancellation policy applies.
12. If you forgot to bring the physical voucher you cannot redeem or cannot pay later.
13. Value redeemable on retail product purchases or services with Members at Salon Lane.
14. Any balances remaining after initial use will be transferred onto a new voucher.
15. Not transferrable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including instances where the incorrect email address has been supplied by the purchaser.
